In this class we will be covering how we cook our pork spare ribs, smoked turkey breast and Pork belly (our bacon brisket). During this class we will prep, season and cook all these items from start to finish. We will cook on three different cookers, an offset smoker, weber kettle and pellet smoker!

About the event
This class will be a longer format class where we will go into detail about cooking pork spare ribs, pork belly and turkey breast from start to finish. We will cover trimming, seasoning, and cooking. During the class duration we will cook the meats all the way through showing you all the steps along the way. We will cook in person on an offset smoker by M&M BBQ Company, a weber kettle and a pellet smoker so we can answer all your questions! There will be one meal included per ticket.
