Barbecue Boot Camp

This will be a one of a kind barbecue class!

This class will be a full hands on experience! Every participant will be given their own brisket to trim, season and cook on our 1000 Gallon pits along sides up from start to finish. At the end of the cook you will have a fully cooked brisket to take home to your family and eat the next day! Along with cooking a brisket first hand, we will also demonstrate cooking all the other meats we serve out of the food truck including: bacon brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs, beef ribs, sausage and turkey!
